SIA TEKSS successfully delivered a full low-current and fire safety system installation for the newly built shopping centre at Atputas iela 1 in Carnikava, Adazi municipality.
The project started from scratch, from system design and installation through full commissioning and first-time acceptance by the State Fire and Rescue Service (VUGD).
During delivery, close cooperation was maintained with the client, builder, technical supervisors and key tenants. Despite technical challenges and project changes, the solutions were successfully adapted to complete the project on time and to a high standard.

SIA TEKSS carried out a complex rebuild and modernisation of security and fire safety systems at the Lubanas Market site in Riga, Lubanas iela 113A, 113B and 113C.
The project was taken over from the previous service company, and in cooperation with the owner the existing systems were fully redesigned and adapted to actual site conditions. The work was carefully coordinated with market operations to keep the site and tenants functioning throughout the project.
Solutions were developed and implemented to fully meet Cabinet regulation requirements for fire safety while adapting to the facility specifics and operating conditions.
After completion, a State Fire and Rescue Service (VUGD) inspector inspected the systems and issued a positive opinion on their compliance with current regulations.
The project was delivered within short, intensive deadlines, with work performed during both day and night to maintain continuity and minimise impact on tenants.

SIA TEKSS carried out a full rebuild and modernisation of fire safety and low-current systems at the Vilar SPA Hotel & Restaurant complex and the adjacent tennis court area in Aizkraukle.
The client contacted the company after a State Fire and Rescue Service (VUGD) inspector visit identified the need to improve existing systems and adapt them to regulatory requirements.
A completely new technical solution was developed for both the hotel building and sports infrastructure, creating one integrated safety system complex.
The work was organised with particular care to avoid disrupting hotel operations and guest comfort. System modernisation was carried out gradually, ensuring uninterrupted site operation throughout the project.
Modern safety system equipment with remote monitoring capabilities was installed, enabling effective real-time system supervision.

After successful close professional cooperation with the client, the company was entrusted with servicing the shopping centre security and low-current systems, as well as their ongoing maintenance and development.
Given the shopping centre specifics and constant tenant changes, a flexible approach is provided: systems are regularly adapted to each tenant’s requirements through additional installation work, configuration changes and expansion of existing solutions.
